EcoSEC components
The EcoSEC GPC system incorporates an advanced pump design, pump oven, column oven and a flow through RI reference cell, all of which contribute to the superior reproducibility.
Temperature fluctuations are minimalized by placing the pump heads and tubing in a separate oven. This design is a major factor in producing a stable baseline even when the laboratory temperature fluctuates. The EcoSEC GPC system pump employs advanced check valve design and state-of-the-art flow control. The result is a constant flow rate from run to run and from day to day. Multiple design features work together to produce the constant flow rate and accurate, reproducible molar mass determination.
Control panel: Control the system manually or using the WinGPC Unity SystemPilot software.
Autosampler: 100 sample capacity, 1 to 1500 µl in volume per injection.
Purge unit and degasser: 20 and 40 ml solvent volume, easily switchable.
Pumps in pump oven: Pump and pump tubing are maintained at constant temperature.
Dual flow RI detector: Solvent flows through a separate reference cell which contributes to highly stable baseline. Low dead volume flow cell (2.5 µL).
Column oven: State of the art precision for analytical and semi-micro columns.
UV detector (optional): Low dead volume flow cell (2 µl). Wavelength range from 195-350 nm.
